Usage & adoption.

We don’t just install your new AV equipment and leave you to it, we have a step-by-step approach that helps customers to get most from their solutions.

It’s important that a successful technology installation is backed by user training which encourages the familiarisation and adoption of new equipment and its new workflows.

We spend time with your staff to demonstrate and train users how to operate the technology. Because we focus on designing a great user experience, we believe that controlling your new equipment is straightforward. We deliver platforms so if you can use the equipment in in one room the rest of the equipped rooms you go to use will be familiar and just as easy to operate.

Aftercare support

We provide 3 months free of charge aftercare support on completion of an installation. We are there to help the adoption and implementation of the new equipment, ensuring everything continues to run properly, software is kept up to date & configurations are as required.

When the 3-month period ends, we will work with you to propose ongoing support as well, discussing rates and levels of cover to suite your business needs.
