Viewpoint AV partnered with Charles St Finance to provide AV solutions to simplify hybrid working, help people work together more effectively and create a professional first impression for visitors and staff.
Viewpoint AV designed and delivered a full workplace technology setup, covering meeting rooms, executive offices, and digital signage. The goal was to make the tech easy to use for everyone, whether they’re in the office or joining remotely, and make sure it fits the company’s identity.
AV solutions were installed in the reception area, the CEO and Director’s offices, two meeting rooms, and the boardroom. Everything was up and running in just two days, with no disruption to the rest of the office fit-out.
A connected workplace experience
The meeting rooms and boardroom were designed around the Yealink MeetingBoard Pro, ensuring video calls, interactive displays and smart whiteboarding all work together within one system.
This approach means meetings can begin quickly, people can use whiteboards naturally and sharing content is easy for everyone, whether they’re in the room or remote. With integrated wireless presentation, users can connect and present without cables or adaptors.
By using the same technology in every meeting space, users have a familiar and straightforward experience regardless of which room they use.
Reception digital signage and engagement
To create a welcoming reception space, Viewpoint AV deployed digital signage powered by Embed Signage to showcase company messages, branding and key updates on a single, centrally managed display system.
To further increase visitor engagement, Seenspire Infotainment content was integrated into the signage platform to deliver news, weather, and company updates throughout the day.
Executive office technology
Display and collaboration AV solutions were also installed in the CEO and Director’s offices to support daily communication, presentations, and remote meetings.
The result is a workplace where modern technology supports productivity, collaboration, and professional communication in every space.
