Firesprite
Sony-owned video game developer Firesprite enlisted the technical skills of Viewpoint-AV’s project team to help deliver a collaborative technical environment for prestigious new offices located at the Duke and Parr building in Liverpool’s Ropewalks district.
Solution
Designed with agile innovative working practices at the heart of the new space spread across three floors, Firesprite’s new offices consist of solutions that cover small, medium & large meeting rooms, an impressive 16 screen video wall reception and a collaboration area. Executing installations in a building of this age and heritage comes with challenges inherent with older spaces and vintage fixtures. Working closely with interior design & fit-out partner Claremont we were able to find subtle, smart solutions to the challenges which made for high end impressive finishes throughout the scheme.
All meeting spaces have been delivered with the required collaborative functionality tied together by tightly integrated AV systems.
To ensure all spaces operate with a familiar experience across the site, user interfaces have been kept consistent throughout, paired with thorough user adoption sessions and a provision of training materials the user adoption and experience has very much been a success. To further assist collaborative working canvas whiteboarding camera systems were fitted in certain creative spaces. This allows annotations drawn on a traditional whiteboard to be captured and saved for reference following the creative session. Room booking panels have been integrated outside all meeting spaces to allow users the ability to book meetings both on an ad-hoc basis or in advance.
